Thank you for joining The 6th Bureau. Each item in our collection is created on-demand—made especially for you when you place your order. This process helps us avoid overproduction and waste, ensuring that every piece we create is thoughtful and intentional.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
Our delivery timeline is composed of two distinct stages: fulfillment and shipping.
Total Estimated Delivery = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
1. Fulfillment Time:
This is the time it takes for our production partners to create your custom item(s). Every product is made to order. Our estimated fulfillment time is 2–7 business days. Please note that fulfillment time does not include shipping.
2. Shipping Time:
Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed off to the shipping carrier. The shipping time depends on your location and is in addition to the fulfillment time.
Here are our estimated shipping times:
* Canada: 5–10 business days
* USA: 5–8 business days
3. Shipping Rates
To maintain a simple and transparent checkout experience, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to destinations within Canada and the United States.
Potential for Multiple Shipments
To ensure the highest quality for each item, we partner with different production facilities specializing in different products. Because of this, items in your order may be fulfilled in different locations and shipped in separate packages.
If this occurs, you will receive separate shipping notification emails with a unique tracking number for each package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their shipping address is entered correctly. [Your Company Name] is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center as "unclaimed" or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address. Please note that you will be responsible for any new shipping charges incurred for resending the package.
